-add-shape and -add-layer are now documented editing commands. -add-shape takes the -style options, closed (to make a polygon from an open path) and extend (to join a new line to the line that ends where it starts or ends).
[web] Drawing and styling lines and polygons happen in the same panel. Draw and Reshape buttons open the drawing and vertex-editing tools, and each new shape is added with an -add-shape command that records it in the session history.
[web] Clicking a line or polygon selects it for restyling, with or without a tool selected. Esc or clicking off deselects it. Drawing from the end of a line extends that line; with Option/Alt, drawing starts a new line at the nearest vertex.
